I agreed with Tailsultimatefan3891 that he would wait a year before submitting an unblocking request. Furthermore, I sincerely hope he can behave on other wikis in the meantime; otherwise, I can only conclude that he is untrustworthy. I cannot then give a positive opinion on his unblocking; he may then effectively be considered banned. Unless a steward decides to give him another chance anyway (because then it does become a steward case in my opinion). Redundant user rights[edit source]
