I acknowledge [[User:Justarandomamerican|Justarandomamerican]]'s potential concern related to [[w:WP:HATCOLLECT|potential hat collecting]], but at the same time, acknowledge we have limited CSS and JS volunteers on Test Wiki. I have looked at your discussion at [[TW:CP|Test Wiki Community Portal]] and your rationale is sound. I'd be inclined to ''temporarily'' grant you the interface administrator permission, on the condition that (a) you immediately revert any breaking changes and (b) you actually work on what you promise to do.
