Ah, gotcha. This was due to a bug in the software where it said they were partially blocked but they weren't; I was trying to get them fully blocked. Thanks for the tip; I'll pay more attention to the actual block next time. Regards --Hellk77 (talk) 04:59, 3 October 2020 (UTC)

It was because several blocks were in place at the same time. Please ensure to only apply one block at a time in future. If you want to change a block, you should change block settings, as opposed to applying another block. All fixed now anyways. --IWI (talk) 05:05, 3 October 2020 (UTC)
