I'm hoping that if the active admins and bureaucrats can come to an agreement here, we don't have to get the stewards involved unless absolutely necessary.
While this proposal is open (which will be around a week I'm thinking), I will not be requesting any rights, even minor ones
Proposal 1: 2 weeks before admin can be assigned, which any single crat can give. Bureaucrat may be granted a week after that assuming there have not been any problems.
Anyone is free to add their own proposals as well.
