Regrettably, I have to agree with this. Regarding your indefinite block that MacFan4000 imposed, that, too, I do have endorse, but I would just say, in a similar vein to what NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh expressed above, sixty (60) days from the date on which you were blocked without sockpuppetry, I would be satisfied enough to recommend a conditional block to MacFan4000 in our deliberations and consideration of appeals. Even if she uses sockpuppet, can we detect that? I doubt, seeing Sierpnia case. And, if she's allowed to edit own TP for appeal, how do you conclude whether she should be unblocked or not? In this case, since this is request for right removed as inactive, I didn't confirm WMF CA. If I had noticed, I would have put this on hold and ask for stewards to handle/decline this.

As AlPaD stated, there's no rule prohibiting users whose accounts other than this wiki is blocked from having rights. As long as User:Kiko4564 doesn't abuse their permission, further action(such as rights revocation) isn't required.

Dear @Dmehus: and @MacFan4000: I want to be a suppressor so I could suppress content that falls in SP1 (grossly insulting, degrading and/or offensive material), SP2 (personal and/or libelous information), SP3 (grossly serious attacks), SP4 (serious inappropriate content), SP5 (illegal activity), SP6 (persistent and/or serious spam), SP7 (persistently and/or seriously abusive), SP8 (very serious vandalism), and SP9 (copyright infringement). There are exceptions for me, depending on the suppressor. I could also suppress for testing reasons that does fall in any of the SP reasons above, counted as SP10 SP11 SP12. In these cases, sometimes suppress, sometimes standard revision delete, and sometimes none. Standard revision delete may (and should sometimes) be used unless in the cases above.
