@Cy: It is a better way to test bureaucrat permissions. I am not going to give admin permissions smb. 'Bureaucrat' is only for using myself. I agree to take admin permission if I can't have crat now. Armed pacifist (talk) 17:05, 12 June 2018 (UTC)

Other comments: I have been admin for about two days now and my rights improvements PR has been accepted. There is a test I want to do that needs the deletelogentry right.
