Test Wiki:行政員方針

此界面記載了一項官方政策。 該界面已被社區或系統管理員通過，所有用戶必須遵守此政策。對此政策的修改應反映共識。如原英語版本與翻譯版本有出入，應以英文版本為準。

此方針記載了取得行政員權限的要求和過程。

基本要求

成為行政員的基本要求如下：

• 為註冊用戶，因IP賬戶技術上無法取得權限。
• 至少在Test Wiki上有十次編輯。
• 至少擁有管理員權限四天。

特例

一位行政員或監管員可如需給予特例，當以下任意一項成立：

• 如用戶此前有過行政員權限，且權限因非爭議性原因去除。
• 如監管員認為用戶值得信賴。

除權條件

行政員權限不得給予因此前濫用此權限而被去除的用戶，也不得給予被封禁的用戶。無論哪種情況，用戶必須：

(a) apply to a Steward to have the permission re-added or their editing/user restriction removed, as applicable, or

(b) undergo a community vote on the community portal to effect the same.

Users are restricted to holding bureaucrat rights on only one account. Violations will result in the immediate removal of excess rights, with users given the opportunity to select one account to retain such privileges. Exceptions may be granted by stewards or other bureaucrats for bot accounts. Stewards may grant exceptions for other cases.
